Dialog Telekom PLC, Sri Lanka's leading telecommunications service provider, recently announced an agreement with Singer Sri Lanka for call centre outsourcing solutions. This agreement will provide contact centre solutions to Singer Sri Lanka, by Dialog ECM, the BPO wing of Dialog Telekom.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Dialog Telekom PLC and Mr. Hemaka Amarasuriya, CEO of Singer Sri Lanka. Speaking on the sponsorship Dr. Wijayasuriya said, "Companies across the globe are now focusing on the importance of outsourcing various business processes.
